Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals every year. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. In addition, the year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance to get her degree from college. In the summer of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, and sitting rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
