KimCharisma Carpenter is an American actor, best known for her performance as the character 'Cordelia Chase' from the beloved series 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer'. Carpenter also trained as a dancer and was a professional cheerleader. Carpenter only became an actor via the chance. Carpenter was discovered by an agent representing commercials in Los Angeles while she was waiting tables. She swiftly rose to become a prominent role in one of the more popular dramas of the 1990s. Carpenter was a regular on the show for years, playing the role of Cordelia in the series. Carpenter also had short-term characters in teen dramas, such as Miss Match, Charmed, and Veronica Mars. Carpenter's reality series, titled?Investigation Discovery' &?Surviving Evil' (originally titled?I Survived Evil) has shocked a lot of viewers. The show included Carpenter revealing her horrific story of being raped by a serial killer when she was 21. Carpenter's dark side was revealed to many viewers. Carpenter was slain and beaten by Henry Hubbard Jr., an experienced 29-year-old San Diego police officer. Hubbard was able to hold Carpenter at gunpoint and ordered she to tie her friends up. Carpenter was able to resist the instructions of Hubbard, and allowed plenty of time for her companions to fight Hubbard. Both her friends as well as Hubbard received superficial gunshot wounds. Hubbard was detained shortly afterward. Carpenter has saved a significant piece of evidence, a flashlight that was police-issued. This led to a 56 year sentence for the serial offender.
